RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept exchanges and refunds on all products made within 7 days on receiving the goods.
To obtain the refund, we just need to be sure the following requirements are met:
The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place, shoes should be sent back together with the box and dustbags if they were included.
Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping cost
Sourcing fee of £50-100 will be deducted
You are responsible for returns shipping costs.
Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after receiving the goods.

Please note we are unable to be held liable for the loss of your items being returned. We recommend using a trackable postal service to return goods, and sending us the tracking details
We try and process returns as quickly as possible, but we do ask for 24-48 hours to be able to process your return
If you're exchanging, we will send your new piece/s out, and email you a new tracking number
If you're refunding, we will refund you through the same method you used to pay, and email you once complete
WRONG ITEMS RECEIVED
If it ever happens that you receive a wrong item or a wrong size, or if the item is fautly we will be happy to process a Full Refund. Please contact email@example.com and explain what is wrong with the item and send us a few pictures. We will assist you in processing your Refund.
IF YOUR ITEM IS UNAVAILABLE
Sometimes, in Rare cases, you Item might become Unavailable. We will offer you an Alternative Item or Refund you the money.
